Further, you’re getting your workouts programmed and lead by a certified coach and expert on a daily basis. Rather than walking into this gym without a plan, we’ve already written one for you and will lead you through it with the group each day!

At the end of each workout, you’ll receive a unique report card that tracks your progress. We also take snapshots of your workout every day and store them in our system. This is nice because it allows you to compare your progression from week to week so that you know when you’re making gains, and when your body may require some recovery.

A community-based group fitness gym is also better for your health than being at home physically inactive. There are many studies that have shown that individuals who exercise with others and share their thoughts are less lonely and suffer from depression less which has a direct link to physical health.

Vincent is a personal trainer and fitness model. He has a ton of energy and is really fun to be around! Vincent has a major passion for living a healthy lifestyle and helps every member achieve that goal. He has really helped people change the make up of their bodies, supporting them every step of the way. He specializes in toning and bulking. Registered Dietician

Kelsey Gonzalez is a registered dietitian with a master’s degree in dietetics administration and has been working in the health and nutrition field for over a decade. She achieved her bachelor of Science degree in Foods and Nutrition from San Diego State University and continued on to complete her dietetic internship through Utah State University, where she discovered her passion for nutrition counseling. After five years as a registered dietitian, Kelsey went back to school in order to pursue her master’s degree in dietetic administration at Utah State University, where she focused on business management, entrepreneurship and counseling. She has worked in a variety of settings including weight loss counseling, corporate wellness and sports nutrition with collegiate athletes.

Over the years I have worked with many different populations including: semi and professional athletes, geriatric, pediatric, amputees, paraplegic’s and a host of different auto immune disorders. I have gained a wealth of knowledge and can help you achieve your goals safely and efficiently.1

Among other certificatios, I am Crossfit Level 3 trainer CCFT.

I have been blessed to learn from or have been mentored by some of the greatest minds in the coaching world. In turn I have had the honor and privilege of mentoring many of the fitness industries finest trainers. I have been fortunate enough to coach at the Reebok CrossFit Games and had the chance to be a Judge at the CrossFit Games North East Regionals.

I obsess over every detail of every workout ensuring safety, fun and consistent results.

I’m constantly looking for opportunities to enhance my knowledge and increase the value of the services I provide. My philosophy is to always be learning and improving!

Martin Gonzalez

Head Coach and Manager

Martin is a L1 certifiedCrossFit Trainer from Staten Island, New York
who loves to train but especially in barbell movements. Once a competitive powerlifter Martin spent years studying and training inthe big 3 barbell movements of Squat, Bench press, and the Deadlift eventually competing in the 164 lb category and reached a 900 total. Eventually after chasing numbers it was becoming boring and mundane so the switch to CrossFit was made. With a competitive drive and willing to become a much more rounded athlete Martin began training and coaching crossfit full time and
has never been happier or in better shape.
These days Martin enjoys coaching more than being an athlete
himself. He loves to build community and to show people that they are always capable of pushing themselves to limits that they have never seen both in and outside of the gym where he works as Community Associate for the City of New York. outside of CrossFit Martin spends his time either with his lovely wife and daughter or can be seen mountain biking through the woods.

Juan Melo

Gym Manager

Juan Melo, born and raised in Argentina, has an associate degree in Hotel Management and a Bachelor Degree in Marketing, has also a profound interest in technology and how online tools improve the peoples life. Before the pandemic, most of his work was behind a desk and that put him on weight quickly, feeling heavy, older and without stamina. Soon he found that fitness was the best way to feel good, training at home during the lockdown was the best thing he could do since he had the control of his body, physical and mental health. Living proof that these programs work, following our three pillars (exercise, nutrition and accountability) he lost 40lbs in his path, and is eager to show others the right way to reach their goals. In his spare time, he enjoys gaming, motorcycle riding, movies or ‘binge-watching’ a new TV series. A gathering for a nice Argentine barbecue with friends is a must from time to time. Workouts and fitness are part of his daily priorities now, and not something to do “on free times”. By the way, Emma (his yorkie) is his Sr Accountability Assistant, they’ll both hold you accountable through this path to a healthier life!

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
